<li>Displays client workstations as icons in the EndPoint Manager console, each icon has the client workstation&#8217;s name, OS version and IP address.</li>



<li>The icons with gray monitor indicate the client workstations are currently offline, the icons with blue monitor indicate the client workstations are currently online.</li>



<li>To select multiple client workstation icons, click your mouse at an area above the icons and then drag the mouse over the icons, or hold down the Ctrl key while you click on client workstation icons.</li>



<li>You can drag and drop the client workstation icons to any area of the EndPoint Manager console.</li>

<li>To customize the detailed view list, click on View menu and select Columns.</li>



<li>The icons with gray monitor indicate the client workstations are currently offline, the icons with blue monitor indicate the client workstations are currently online.</li>

<p>To access EndPoint Manager console, you need to provide an administrator user account and password.</p>



<p>The default RestoreX360 EndPoint Manager Console administrator account is &#8220;Administrator&#8221; with no password.</p>



<p><strong>Change EndPoint Manager administrator password</strong><br>1. To change EndPoint Manager administrator password, click on EndPoint Manager drop down menu and select User Management.</p>



<p>2. Select Administrator and click on Change Password.</p>



<p><br><strong>Create new EndPoint Manager administrators</strong><br>1. To create a new EndPoint Manager administrator, click on EndPoint Manager drop down menu and select User Management.</p>



<p>2. Click on Add.</p>



<p>3. You can assign access rights to the new EndPoint Manager administrator, so the new administrator can only have access to certain feature of the EndPoint Manager.</p>



<p>4. You can also restrict this new EndPoint Manager administrator&#8217;s authority to selected groups.&nbsp;</p>



<p>If no group is selected, the new administrator will have access to all groups.</p>



<p><br><strong>Delete EndPoint Manager administrators</strong></p>



<p>1. To delete a EndPoint Manager administrator, click on EndPoint Manager drop down menu and select User Management.</p>



<p>2. Select the administrator account and click on Delete.</p>



<p>The build-in Administrator account cannot be deleted!</p>

<p>EndPoint Manager console allows you to organize client workstations in groups for easy client management. There are two type of groups:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Custom Groups, groups created by EndPoint Manager administrators.</li>



<li>Built-in Group, default logical groups built-in EndPoint Manager.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Built-in groups</strong></p>



<p>EndPoint Manager has the following built-in groups:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>* All clients</li>



<li>* Windows XP clients</li>



<li>* Windows 2003 clients</li>



<li>* Windows Vista clients</li>



<li>* Windows 7 clients</li>



<li>* Windows 8 clients</li>



<li>* Windows 10 clients</li>



<li>* Unactivated clients</li>



<li>* Activated clients</li>



<li>* Subscription clients (clients that&#8217;s running on a subscription license rather than a perpetual license)</li>



<li>* Offline clients</li>



<li>* Online clients</li>



<li>* License expired clients</li>



<li>* License expired in 30 days clients (clients that&#8217;s running on a subscription license and the license will expire in 30 days)</li>



<li>* Client need defrag (clients have not been defragged in long time and clients with low free disk space)</li>
</ul>

<p>EndPoint Manager Server is responsible for maintaining client workstations&#8217; connection to the EndPoint Manager, it&#8217;s the core component of EndPoint Manager. Without EndPoint Manager Server, client workstations cannot connect to the EndPoint Manager. EndPoint Manager Server works as a Windows system service without any user interface, the service can be started, stopped or restarted in Windows Control Panel-&gt;Services.</p>



<p>Restarting EndPoint Manager Server Service will fix most if not all client connection related issues.</p>



<p><strong>To start or stop EndPoint Manager Server Service:</strong>&nbsp;</p>
