GLOBAL RENEWAL POLICY – OUTSIDE INDIA ONLY

Applicability Notice

This Renewal Policy applies exclusively to customers located outside the Republic of India, regardless of citizenship, nationality, or country of origin.

This policy does not apply to customers in India.

If you are:

  • Physically located in India, or

  • Using an Indian billing address, or

  • Using an Indian payment method, or

  • Accessing the services while located in India

This Global Renewal Policy does NOT apply to you.

Indian customers must refer to and comply with the India-specific Renewal Policy available at:

In case of any conflict, the India policy shall prevail for users located in India.

 

Nature of Product (Digital & Non-Tangible)

RestoreX360 and all related UQuick products are digital software products and are non-tangible, non-physical, and electronically delivered.

Access to the software, license keys, updates, and subscription services is provided digitally.
Once a subscription is activated or renewed, the service is considered delivered in accordance with applicable digital-content laws.

Renewal of a subscription does not imply eligibility for refunds, reversals, or credits, except where expressly required by applicable law.

 

1. Subscription Renewal

Customers may renew their subscription through:

  • The official RestoreX360 website

  • The UQuick / RestoreX360 application

  • By contacting the authorized Support Team

Upon successful renewal, customers will be eligible for:

  • Technical support

  • Bug fixes and security patches

  • Product improvements

  • Access to the latest eligible version of the software

⚠️ Updates and services are provided only after successful renewal.

 

2. Expiration & Deactivation

If a subscription is not renewed on or before the expiration date:

  • The license may be automatically deactivated

  • Access to updates, services, and technical support will be discontinued

UQuick shall not be responsible for any data loss, system malfunction, or damages occurring after subscription expiration.

 

3. License Scope & Device Restriction

Each license key:

  • Is valid for use on one (1) device only

  • Is non-transferable unless expressly authorized

Customers with multiple licenses must renew each license individually.

 

4. Updates & Upgrade Charges

Subscription renewal includes updates within the same product tier.
Major upgrades, edition changes, or premium feature enhancements may require additional upgrade charges, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of upgrade.

 

5. Auto-Renewal & Recurring Billing

By purchasing a monthly or annual subscription, you authorize UQuick to:

  • Charge an initial subscription fee, and

  • Automatically charge recurring monthly or annual fees at the applicable rate, as clearly disclosed at the time of purchase

Auto-renewal will continue unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

 

6. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal

Customers may cancel auto-renewal at any time:

  • Through the RestoreX360 application (if available), or

  • By contacting the authorized Support Team

Cancellation must be completed prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.

 

7. Payment Methods

Auto-renewal is generally processed via eligible credit or debit cards.
If card payment is unavailable, customers may contact UQuick Support to explore alternative payment methods, subject to availability and applicable regulations.

 

8. Renewal Notifications

UQuick may, as a courtesy, send renewal reminders approximately 30 days before subscription expiry via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Telephone

  • In-app or system notifications

Failure to receive a reminder does not exempt the customer from renewal responsibility.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UQuick shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • System downtime

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from failure to renew a subscription or from service discontinuation after expiry.

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Global Users)

This Global Renewal Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
