No Remote or Unauthorized Control Policy (Global – Outside India Only)

This No Remote or Unauthorized Control Policy applies to software products developed and distributed by UQuick Technologies India Limited (“UQuick”), including RestoreX360, for users located outside the Republic of India.

UQuick is committed to safeguarding user trust, privacy, and system security. This Policy clearly states that UQuick does not remotely access, control, or interfere with customer systems without explicit user authorization.

 

IMPORTANT APPLICABILITY NOTICE

This Policy applies exclusively to users located outside the Republic of India, regardless of citizenship or nationality.

This Policy does NOT apply to users located in India.

If you are:

  • Physically located in India, or

  • Using an Indian billing address or payment method, or

  • Accessing RestoreX360 or UQuick services while located in India

In case of any conflict, India-specific policies shall prevail for users located in India.

 

1. No Unauthorized Remote Control

UQuick expressly confirms that:

  • We do not remotely access, control, monitor, or modify any customer computer through RestoreX360.

  • RestoreX360 does not contain hidden, backdoor, or covert remote-control functionality.

  • No employee, contractor, partner, or third party may access a user’s system without proper authorization.

 

2. Customer-Initiated & Customer-Authorized Actions Only

All software operations are initiated and controlled by the user:

  • System-level actions occur only after visible user interaction and consent.

  • Features requiring elevated permissions are clearly disclosed.

  • RestoreX360 does not execute commands, scripts, or actions silently.

 

3. No Background or Silent Control

RestoreX360:

  • Does not operate as a Remote Administration Tool (RAT)

  • Does not establish persistent remote connections

  • Does not allow silent background control of devices

All functionality runs locally on the user’s device, under user control.

 

4. Global Applicability

This Policy applies:

  • Across all UQuick offices, employees, contractors, and partners worldwide

  • To all versions, editions, updates, and releases of RestoreX360

  • To all supported operating environments outside India

 

5. Security & Privacy Standards

UQuick follows industry-standard security and privacy practices to ensure:

  • No unauthorized remote-control mechanisms are embedded

  • Customer systems remain protected from unauthorized access

  • Software behavior aligns with transparency, consent, and user control
